There is something for stakeholders from all walks of life at The Mangrove Life! Write to us and we are happy to set up a meeting to present the details.

The Mangrove Life is a 6 week project where online sessions take place each week for 1.5 hours and the students and teachers set up their experiments in their respective schools

One session will be an in-person field trip to a mangrove in your city

Schools:

Any school can sign up students  of grades 6 to 8 for the project along with at least one science teacher per 20 students. Teachers and students will both receive certificates upon completion of the program. As part of the project  teachers receive wonderful teacher science packs as part of the structured STEM inquiry process which is an invaluable guide to lead inquiry into any ecosystem in the future

Write to us for the costs and other details and we will be happy to set up a meeting to address all queries.

Corporates:

If you are a corporate looking to support STEM Inquiry for middle school or looking to support inquiry into carbon sequestering and climate in schools, you can do so by financially supporting participating schools for the project, especially those with students from a low income demographic. If you have other means of support, do write to us to set up a meeting to discuss possibilities.

Government:

If you are a government/consulate looking to forge alliances between schools, corporates, other organizations of your country with The Mangrove Life, the possibilities are many - cross continental learning and exchange for schools, an opportunity for corporates and universities across continents to collaborate.

University or College:

As a university looking for cross continental collaborations for your students especially led by research to enable our school programs, the students will have a great opportunity to participate in research with us and see their work being executed in our school programs.

NGOs in Education/STEM/Climate Action

There are several possibilities for collaboration, do write to us to take the dialogue further

Local Community focus

The Mangrove Life focuses on interactions and knowledge gathering from Indigenous knowledge holders in traditional communities in and around the mangroves, who base their livelihoods in these areas. We welcome partnerships with organizations and governments working with local communities in Mangrove belts.
